UNESCO s "Education Sector-Wide Approches (SWAps): Background, Guide and Lessons"
is now available in Russian on the UNESCO Almaty website.
The publication is aimed at Ministries of Education and Ministries of Finance and Planning in UNESCO Member States that rely on external sources of funding for their educational systems who are collaborating with external finance for development of their educational development.
The publication presents guidelines for interacting with funding and other development agencies for sector-wide approaches in education or SWAps, as they have become known.
The publication is the twelfth volume in the UNESCO series on "Education Policies and Strategies".
